Brahmadev Public School, Sitamarhi is a co-educational school established to initiate creativity and originality among children in school by involving teachers, parents, academicians, counselors, and professionals to promote academic excellence. A child in its formative years is like a lump of clay. The BPS education system plays the role of a master sculptor who carves beautiful shapes out of it.

The School has been granted affiliation up to the Secondary Level by the CBSE from session 2012-13. The school was upgraded up to  Senior Secondary (+2) Level from Session 2014-15 onwards. It is situated at Riga Road, Islampur, Bhavdepur  1 K.M. from Janaki Mandir in Sitamarhi, state of Bihar, and the city office is situated at Rajopatti Dumra Road, Sitamarhi. The serene, spacious campus of BPS evokes peace and tranquility.  The school is following C.B.S.E.Curriculum and had been taking proper evaluation system for Classes Nursery to XII and is pursuing quality education.

This school is the brainchild of its founder Director Er. Brahmadev Sah, a successful engineer by profession who earned a reputation for his excellent managerial skills and high ethical values. Throughout his illustrious career, he has given high priority to social issues and concerns. Mr. Sah is an Engineering graduate from “Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, and has taken up various prestigious posts during his thirty-four-year-long career. He was in charge of the Gevra Project, the biggest coal mine in South East Asia. Before retirement, he was in charge of the Coal Controller. Organizations under the Ministry of Coal for three states Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, and Chhatisgarh. He retired as G.M. from Coal India ltd in the year 2004. While functioning as general manager at different locations in Coal India Ltd., Mr. Sah had the privilege to be the President/Chairman of different DAVschools and central schools. As a result of this, he got to observe and interact with different education systems. After retirement, he thought of sharing this valuable experience and knowledge with society and started Brilliant Public School in 2007, an educational institute with a difference and sole motto of providing quality education to all.
